Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MAKEUGC (the “Service”), operated by MAKE UGC Online (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

MAKEUGC generates images and short videos from your text prompts and reference images using third-party AI models, delivered through our web panel and REST API. Output quality and availability are not guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your password and API keys secure. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Credits & billing

The Service runs on prepaid credits. You buy one-time credit packs; credits are consumed per generation (image or video) at the rate shown before you generate. Credits do not expire and have no cash value except as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, that depicts real identifiable people without consent, that sexualizes minors, or that infringes others’ rights. Prompts are screened by the model’s content filter, and we may refuse or remove content and suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the media you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers’ terms. You are responsible for how you use the output. We store your generated media so you can access it in your History.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
