This policy explains what data MAKEUGC (operated by MAKE UGC Online) collects and how we use it.

What we collect

Account: your email address and a hashed password. Content: the prompts and reference images you submit and the media you generate. Billing: payments are handled by Stripe — we receive a customer/transaction reference, never your full card number. Technical: standard request logs (IP, timestamps) used for security and abuse prevention.

How we use it

To operate the Service (generate and store your media, run your account and credit balance), to process payments and refunds, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We share the minimum data necessary with: Stripe (payments), kie.ai and its underlying model providers (to generate your content — your prompts and reference images are sent to them), and Cloudflare (media storage and delivery). Each processes data under its own terms.

Retention & deletion

We keep your account and media until you delete them or close your account. You can delete individual generations from History at any time. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected].

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. under GDPR/CCPA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
